I am 33 weeks 6 days pregnant now. This will be my second baby - and this is my second daughter. I am excited only as a second time mom could be.

The last time I was pregnant with my first child, I had a long To-Do list that I loved to look at and tick off once it was done. This time though, I don't have much planning to do. My almost-two-year-old toddler keeps me busy enough throughout the day that I don't miss the long list yet, but still, part of the reason pregnancy is fun is because you have things to shop for.

This time, I have already done a few things I needed to do: Washed the baby clothes, got the baby books to make my first born kind of understand what she can expect in the coming few weeks(I have no idea how much she gets it but she sure says 'baby' pointing to my tummy. So very cute:))!, I also had a fabulous baby shower just yesterday that has left me dizzy with attention and very tired today.

So let me see what I still need to get done for the soon-to-arrive baby:

The short-tem To Do list:

1. Buy the NB diapers - target brand Up and Up are the best
2. Get the infant car seat out, cleaned and fixed in the big car(Honda Odyssey - we bought it within a week of finding out we were expecting again)
3. Write and post the thank you cards for all those who attended my baby shower.
4. Fix the baby cart and organize with the essentials
5. Buy the baby bottles - Avent brand 4 oz
6. Wash the NB clothes I got at the baby shower
7. Finish writing my Birth Plan
8. Buy a crib from IKEA
9. Choose between Texas women's and Texas Children
10. Move into the upstairs bedroom and move Anika into her own room

The immediate To do list:

1. Get Esther's baby his clothes - Tomorrow
2. Get the flu shot at CVS - Tomorrow
3. Arrange new baby/My own clothes up-stairs - Tomorrow
4. Call a few more schools and find out when the application for Baby1(AKA B1)'s admissions are due.
5. Fill out Downtown Montessori application for B1 to get on the waiting list
6. Talk to Preeti to find out about Texas Woman's experience. Talk to Esther about her delivery experience.

The long term To Do list:
1. Fill out applications for B1's admission
